My name is Dr. Drew Pfaff, and I am a Chiropractor at Marty Chiropractic in Burnsville, MN. I am starting this blog as a way to get information out to anyone curious about chiropractic care, common conditions/injuries, injury prevention/recovery, rehabilitation, exercise, nutrition and other relevant health topics. In this way I hope to pass along free, useful, applicable and actionable information and protocols for you to utilize in your daily life. I plan to post twice a month on two similar topics and eventually tailor the themes and topics of the blog towards what I am seeing and hearing often in practice, but also covering topics by reader suggestion as well.

To start off, I plan on covering my personal areas of interest and then branching off from there. Some of these topics will include chiropractic 101, spinal hygiene, posture and ergonomics, exercise, rehabilitation, sports (golf, volleyball, etc.), and proper stretching. If something resonates with you or you have additional questions about a specific topic, I would recommend you reach out and/or comment and I will do my best to answer quickly and completely.

It is my goal to verify and utilize the most relevant and credible sources for all information I will be disseminating, as well as relying on my clinical experience and anecdotal evidence. If you feel that you may benefit further from chiropractic care for managing your symptoms and condition/injury please schedule an initial consultation and exam so that I can assess and then make recommendations for care or refer you to the ideal clinician.
